Jenniffer Woo

Executive Pastry Chef

Jenniffer Woo is dedicated to turning everyone into a “dessert person.” The Miami native became intrigued by the culinary world while watching Chef Emeril Lagasse with her grandfather. Woo’s initial skills developed while she baked cakes for her five siblings, and she intends to never stop improving.

Woo attended Johnson & Wales University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Baking & Pastry Arts and Food & Beverage Industry Management. She landed her first restaurant position at Catch Miami where she learned from noted Pastry Chef Thiago Silva, and then went on to work at Lure Fishbar to continue to further her skills. Most recently, Woo’s own star began to rise in top restaurants from Miami to Jupiter, where she held Pastry Chef positions at Makoto, Komodo, and 1000 NORTH.

Her quest to create beautiful desserts keeps Woo seeking new skills and techniques. A recent master class in Canada gave her the opportunity to learn from Ksenia Penkina, the so-called “queen of glaze.”

As the Executive Pastry Chef for Charlie & Joe’s at Love Street, Woo aims to create sweet endings to entice guests at each of the four venues.
